Terms of Service
Effective October 2026
These Terms of Service govern the Haul Guardian service, operated by Bogatyr Transportation LLC (“Bogatyr Transportation,” “we,” “us”). Haul Guardian is a driver-safety communication service for vehicle transport: it contacts customers about pickups and deliveries — arrival windows, meeting points, and delivery details — by automated call and text message, so drivers can stay focused on the road.
By having a vehicle transported by a carrier that uses Haul Guardian, or by using the service as a carrier, dispatcher, or driver, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging terms
- Program description. The Haul Guardian messaging program sends text messages about a vehicle transport: pickup and delivery scheduling confirmations, arrival windows, meeting-point details, delivery instructions, and a notice when the driver is nearby.
- Opt-in. Customers provide their mobile number on a transport order or rate confirmation (or directly to the carrier or broker arranging their vehicle transport) and agree to receive messages about that transport from the carrier via Haul Guardian.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at victoria@haulguardian.com or (585) 888-0005.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your transport.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Automated calls
Haul Guardian also contacts customers by automated call. Every automated call identifies itself as an automated assistant calling for the carrier, and calls may be recorded, as disclosed at the start of the call.
Acceptable use
Carrier, dispatcher, and driver accounts are by invitation only. Users agree to enter accurate transport information and to use the service only for arranging vehicle transports they are involved in.
Service availability
The service is provided “as is.” Delivery of calls and messages depends on third-party carriers and networks, and timely delivery is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Bogatyr Transportation LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
