This Privacy Policy describes how Bogatyr Transportation LLC (“Bogatyr Transportation,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Haul Guardian, our driver-safety communication service for vehicle transport.
Information we collect
- Contact information: names and phone numbers of customers, pickup and delivery contacts, dispatchers, and drivers.
- Addresses: pickup and delivery addresses and agreed meeting points.
- Vehicle and trip details: vehicle year, make, model, and VIN; transport order numbers; pickup and delivery dates and arrival windows; and amounts due on delivery.
- Communications: text messages exchanged with our service number, and recordings and transcripts of calls made through the service.
How we use information
- To arrange and carry out vehicle pickups and deliveries.
- To send customers notifications about their transport — scheduling confirmations, arrival windows, meeting points, and delivery details — by text message and automated call.
- To keep drivers from having to call or text while driving, and to keep a record of what was communicated about each transport.
- For billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, and mobile phone numbers and SMS consent (opt-in) data are never shared with or sold to any third party for marketing.
Information is shared only as needed to operate the service — for example with the carrier and driver performing your transport, and with service providers (such as messaging, voice, and cloud hosting providers) that process data on our behalf under contract — or when required by law.
Call recording
Calls made through Haul Guardian may be recorded. Automated calls disclose that the call may be recorded at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are kept with the transport record so that what was communicated can be verified.
Data retention
We keep transport records, communications, and call recordings for as long as needed to complete the transport, handle billing and disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, contact us using the information below.
