What it does
Haul Guardian is an app that bridges communication and information flow across the whole team in the car hauling industry. It provides a list of vehicles that the carrier is transporting and sends automated calls and texts to the customers on behalf of the driver moving their vehicle. Messages cover pickup and delivery scheduling: arrival windows, meeting points, and delivery details such as the amount due on delivery.
Every automated call identifies itself as an automated assistant calling for the carrier, and calls may be recorded. The service exists so that drivers never have to call or text while driving. It also doubles as a driver tool to select meet points, plan load placement, and set the pickup and delivery order. No more dealing with pesky spreadsheets and limited tools for planning.
Text message notifications
If you are having a vehicle transported by a carrier that uses Haul Guardian, you may receive text messages about your pickup and delivery — scheduling confirmations, arrival windows, meeting-point details, and a notice when the driver is nearby. Message frequency varies depending on your transport. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
